What is Paydia?
Paydia is an HR & Backoffice platform for employment agency. A SaaS growth brilliant with which we want to change the world of flex for good; more transparent, fairer and smarter. A SaaS solution with which we shake the temporary employment sector to its foundations. A combination of excellent software, HR tools and HR services to second, deploy and correctly remunerate temporary workers. An all-in-one HR & back office platform that makes temporary workers and temporary workers happy.

Paydia's mission is to break the power of today's inflexible and expensive software vendors and change the world of flex; more transparent, fairer and smarter. We do this by developing excellent HR & back office software with HR tools and services that make both temporary employment agencies and temporary workers super happy.
What we are building
Paydia is a Growth Diamond that we continue to hone on a daily basis in order to accomplish our mission. From our super cool headquarters in Haarlem, the Paydia Development Team, consisting of 5 girls and 3 boys, works fulltime on even smarter and more user friendly applications such as the invoicing-app, contracts-app (for making employment contracts), margin-app, a CRM-app, an HRM-app, an Employees-app, etc, and additional HR tools and services that make customers and temporary workers happy

Hi, I’m Joanna and I joined forces more than 2 years ago. I gave it a shot and moved to the Netherlands to experience the western work environment. I work in the IT department as a software developer, exploring the world of the payrolling industry every day. My job is to bring the best solutions that technology can provide to handle business traps and fulfil the company’s needs alongside with my team. My vision leans towards that, with everyone’s experience, we can build a perfect scalable powerful tool.
Hi, Xhevo here 😊 I joined Paydia 4 months ago. I come from Albania, and this is my first job here in the Netherlands. Starting to work here as a junior software developer, I felt really welcomed by everyone. I love a little bit of everything about Paydia— the offices, the planning, the communication with the team and the diversity that this company has, and of-course Snack Days 😊.
